Steps to make 椰蓉小方

  • 1.准备牛奶250g、糖25g、玉米淀粉30g、适量炼奶和椰蓉。
  • 2.将一半的牛奶倒入玉米淀粉内,将其搅拌均匀。
  • 3.剩余一半牛奶倒入锅内,小火慢煮。
  • 4.牛奶煮开之后放入我们准备好的白糖和一勺炼奶,煮至白糖完全融化。
  • 5.倒入事先调好的牛奶淀粉汁。
  • 6.用铲子不停地翻拌均匀,直至成浓稠膏状。
  • 7.倒入我们事先铺满椰蓉的模具内
  • 8.用小铲子将其擀平后,放置冷却,盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷藏两小时左右。
  • 9.冷藏好的甜品取出,切成自己喜欢的形状。
  • 10.放入椰蓉内,使其表面沾满椰蓉碎。
  • 11.差不多这个样子就可以了。
