双色千层酥
淡淡的粉色和淡淡的绿色想结合。带颜色的千层酥。好吃又漂亮,不喜欢色素,只是加了红曲粉和抹茶粉。一个美好的下午,有喜欢的酥点相伴,好心情。

Steps to make 双色千层酥

  • 1.油皮用料:面粉135g,糖15g,玉米油40g,温水55g称量好,收放一起。
  • 2.先用筷子搅拌匀,在和成面团,要多揉搓一会儿,使面团光滑。饧半小时。
  • 3.油酥用料:面粉110g,玉米油47g,收放一起。
  • 4.和成团即可。
  • 5.油皮分成均匀地10个剂子。
  • 6.油酥的面团分成相等的两份。一份放入红曲粉,一份放入抹茶粉
  • 7.都分别揉搓后成两个颜色的面团。
  • 8.每个面团都分成均匀的10份,搓圆。
  • 9.一个抹茶粉面团,一个红曲粉面团为一组,两个面团轻轻挤压放一起。
  • 10.油皮压扁,包入两个颜色的油酥,收紧口,收口向下放。
  • 11.每个剂子擀成长椭圆形,卷起。依次都做好。
  • 12.在把做好的剂子顺过来擀长,卷起。这个尽量擀长一点,宽约有2cm。
  • 13.每个剂子立起来卷纹向上压扁。
  • 14.再轻轻擀圆,包入自己喜欢的馅料,我放的雪豆馅
  • 15.收紧口,收口向下,整理的圆一点。
  • 16.都做好放到烤盘上。
  • 17.烤箱提前预热180度,烤盘放中层,上下火,20分钟。
