  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.银耳用清水泡发。
  • 3.泡发的银耳洗净去掉根部发黄发硬的部分,撕成小朵。
  • 4.桂圆洗净;红枣去核。
  • 5.锅中加水1600ml,放入银耳煮开。
  • 6.加入桂圆和红枣先煮半小时。
  • 7.红薯去皮切小块。
  • 8. 锅中加入红薯再煮半小时。
  • 9.最后加入冰糖,搅拌煮融化就好了。
