圣诞花环面包
由于遇上小孩生病,所以有的步骤忘记拍照片了!干果可以自己搭配,自己喜欢的干果!

  • 高筋粉250克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶120克
  • 30克
  • 2克
  • 酵母4克
  • 黄油40克
  • 红豆5勺
  • 鸡蛋液10克
  • 干果10克

Steps to make 圣诞花环面包

  • 1.除黄油外所有主料放入面包机进行和面至起筋然后放入黄油继续和面至扩展阶段后进入第一次发酵!
  • 2.发酵后取出面团分成六分大小相同的面团静止15分钟醒发
  • 3.醒好后取一个面团擀成牛舌长条
  • 4.放上红豆卷起来搓成长条
  • 5.把所有面团都做好
  • 6.取三条面条编起来!姑娘家编头发那样,另外三条也编起来
  • 7.组成一个花环
  • 8.活底戚风磨具摸一层植物油
  • 9.把花环轻轻移至膜底盘上,
  • 10.扣上边膜!由于磨具比较小担心合起来我在中间放一个小磨具。磨具要涂油!
  • 11.湿处二次发酵两倍大
  • 12.刷上鸡蛋液
  • 13.撒上干果粒、干果提前切碎,烤箱预热180上下火中层烤20分钟即可!注意观察上色就可以
  • 14.出炉筛上一些低筋粉做装饰
  • 15.冷却后脱磨
