  • 热水60g
  • 1/4小勺
  • 泡打粉1/6小勺
  • 细砂糖100g

Steps to make 【番茄配方】圣诞印花饼干——自己动手来做健康的圣诞小食品!

  • 1.制作糖浆,把细砂糖放入奶锅中
  • 2.注入热水,用打蛋器搅拌至糖粒完全溶解,冷却至体温温度即可使用
  • 3.在打蛋盆中放入低筋面粉,盐,泡打粉
  • 4.在材料中央放入刚从冰箱冷藏拿出来的黄油,一边用手搓揉,一边让粉类材料包裹黄油
  • 5.待黄油呈现米粒大小后,继续把粉类材料覆盖到黄油上,直到全部材料变成鹅黄色,呈现松散的马苏粒般质感为止
  • 6.在材料中央揭开一个凹槽,中心倒入糖浆
  • 7.不要一口气混合全部材料,必须先从中央位置进行混合,接着把旁边的粉类用刮板刮下来,依照此技术逐渐混合
  • 8.待全部材料呈现黏稠状后,两手轻轻将面团揉成团即可
  • 9.面团融合成为一体后,放入保鲜膜袋中,擀成3mm的面片,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟,让面团质地更加稳定
  • 10.冷藏好的面团切下一小部分制作彩绘膏,将面团撕成小块放入碗中,注入少许冷水
  • 11.搅拌成糊状
  • 12.加入色素,搅拌均匀
  • 13.制作好的彩绘膏如图所示
  • 14.冷藏好的面片拿出,用饼干模压出形状
  • 15.将印花模紧密的贴放在饼干面团上
  • 16.取少量粉红彩绘膏,放在印花模上,用抹刀刮抹均匀
  • 17.将印好的饼干放入烤盘中,预热的烤箱
  • 18.170度烤12分钟左右,中层,上下火,烤好的饼干放凉即可食用
