双色梅花面包(一次发酵)
今天约了同事出门野餐,早上接到同事电话,说她女儿很喜欢上次在龙宝家吃到的双色花朵面包,问今天能不能做一个带过去。看到时间还早,龙宝决定出门之前做一个,满足小姑娘的想法。严格的来说应该是双色吐司,不过吐司也是面包的一种,为了节约时间,原本是两次发酵的吐司,龙宝改成了一次发酵,做出来还行。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶115克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 黄油15克
  • 酵母3克
  • 2克
  • 红曲粉1克

Steps to make 双色梅花面包(一次发酵)

  • 1.准备好食材和份量
  • 2.把除红曲粉以外的所有食材放入面包桶里,启动面包机的和面功能,时间设置20分钟
  • 3.面团揉好取出,按3:2比例分成两份。小的一份面团加入红曲粉揉到光滑,大的面团保持原色,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 4.取白色面团轻轻按压掉气泡,擀成长25厘米,宽15厘米,厚度约1厘米的面皮
  • 5.红曲粉面团同样操作,尺寸跟白色面团接近,但不要大于白色面团的尺寸
  • 6.把白色面团放在底部上边,放上红曲粉面团。两个面团之间可以抹少量的水,让它们紧密地贴合在一起
  • 7.面团从下往上卷起来。收口的地方捏紧朝下放
  • 8.面团放到花型吐司模具里,没有花型吐司也可以换成普通的吐司模具
  • 9.把模具放到烤箱或者是温暖的地方发酵到八分满。
  • 10.花型吐司发酵成胖乎乎的面团。
  • 11.烤箱预热上火145度,下火175度10分钟。花型吐司模具扣起来放入烤箱里,设置上火145度,下火175度烤30分钟。
