    • 1.糯米提前一晚用清水浸泡。
    • 2.排骨洗净,滤干水份。
    • 3.放入调味。
    • 4.拌匀,蒙上保鲜膜,入冰箱冷藏过夜,如果没时间,腌制1-2个小时也可以的。
    • 5.第二天,在排骨里面加入一勺淀粉,拌匀。
    • 6.将泡好滤干水份的糯米粘在排骨上。
    • 7.平铺在盘子里。
    • 8.上锅蒸,水开后蒸1-1.5个小时即可,我的糯米泡少了,最后有一小部分排骨没有糯米可裹了。
