#信任之美#火腿豚骨拉面
今早下起了这个冬天的第三场雪,寒意也渗在北风里伴着雪花扑面而来。好在家里和公司的暖气很热,公交车上的暖风很暖,商场等地的空调也给得足足。除却走在路上或等车,这里的冬天应该比南方更的湿冷更舒适些。

但终究是入冬了,饮食上也开启了热腾腾模式,火锅店开始比烧烤店更受欢迎,拉面店与米线店也迅速秒杀掉凉皮牛筋面。尤其在这样飘雪的日子,坐在面店临街的窗户,看着窗外雪花飞舞,吃掉眼前一碗诱人的拉面,想想就是一件惬意的事。

小时候,很喜欢日本动画片,那里不光有可爱的一休、机器猫、柯南、灌篮高手和圣斗士们,还有好多看起来很诱人的美食。尤其那一碗日式拉面,上面有着火腿、叉烧、青菜等等,奶白色或淡酱色的汤汁,看着就觉得垂涎欲滴。最初吃到一碗正宗的日式拉面,差不多是近十年前,城中的第一家千禾拉面里。而这些年来,类似的面店又开了一些,吃起来也方便了。

只是家乡是座小城,想去自己喜欢的拉面店,坐车也要半个小时,不逛街的日子,还是在家吃方便。买上一包味千拉面,5人份的量足足哒,喜欢自制调汤就费力点做,而有时太懒,直接就顺便一起买了骨汤拉面汁,做起来更省时省事。

多加些颜色各异、营养均衡的配料,在寒冬季节窝在家里,干掉一大碗自己做的火腿豚骨拉面,暖气从胃里就升腾到整个身体。一室鲜香,浸得人舒服畅快。这样的度过冬天,我很满意~~

  • 味千拉面100g
  • 鸡蛋70g
  • 西兰花30g
  • 火腿28g
  • 萝卜泡菜15g
  • 水发木耳7g
  • 糖蒜20g
  • 紫菜1g
  • 骨汤拉面汁40g
  • 白胡椒粉少许
  • 香油1小勺
  • 碱面少许

Steps to make #信任之美#火腿豚骨拉面

  • 1.将鸡蛋表皮洗净,放入煮锅中,加入没过鸡蛋的凉水。
  • 2.煮开后转中小火,煮5分钟后关火,静置8分钟。
  • 3.将萝卜泡菜切成小块。
  • 4.将西兰花切成小朵,洗净。锅中放少量水,大火烧开后放入西兰花、碱面,煮约20秒待西兰花熟透即捞出,用冷水冲凉后待用。
  • 5.准备好水发木耳、火腿片等食材。
  • 6.煮面锅中放入约700g冷水。煮开后,下入拉面,中小火煮3分钟左右至熟。
  • 7.将煮好的面从锅中捞出。
  • 8.放到沥水网内沥去水,放入香油,抓拌均匀。
  • 9.将骨汤拉面汁调料包打开,挤入煮过面的面汤中,放入少许白胡椒粉,搅匀后再小火煮2分钟,撇去浮沫。
  • 10.将鸡蛋剥皮,对半切开。
  • 11.将面放入大碗中,沿碗边浇入骨汤汁。
  • 12.在面上摆放鸡蛋、西兰花、火腿、萝卜、木耳、糖蒜和紫菜装饰,即可食用。
