    • 1.主料要用猪腿上的肉,肥瘦相间。粉条泡软就行别泡的太开。
    • 2.猪肉切小块,备好葱段,姜片,蒜瓣,大料。
    • 3.下葱姜蒜大料爆香,加入猪肉、老抽、耗油炒上色。
    • 4.加水(可以多加一点)放盐,鸡精大火烧开后转小火慢炖。
