Steps to make 樱桃果酱

  • 1.樱桃1000g.
  • 2.水中放入少许盐,樱桃浸泡10分钟,清洗干净。
  • 3.樱桃去掉蒂,用方头的筷子从一头顶出,樱桃核就会顶出来。
  • 4.依次将所有的樱桃核去除。
  • 5.煮锅放入樱桃,加入适量冰糖,少量的水,大火开锅后,小火熬煮。
  • 6.玻璃容器用开水消毒后控干水分。
  • 7.樱桃果酱在熬煮的过程中要不断的搅拌,以免粘锅,熬煮到果酱粘稠,挤入柠檬汁,再煮一会即可。
  • 8.趁热将果酱装入消毒后的瓶子中,盖盖后将瓶子倒立,晾凉后放入冰箱保存。
