Steps to make 鱼香肉丝

  • 1.猪里脊肉切粗丝。
  • 2.加盐、料酒、胡椒粉、淀粉抓匀,腌一会。
  • 3.木耳提前泡好,切丝。胡萝卜、尖椒切丝。
  • 4.葱姜蒜切末。
  • 5.调碗汁。碗中加入3匙糖、2匙醋、2匙酱油、¼匙盐、少许鸡精、胡椒粉、少许水淀粉搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.锅中油热后,温油滑炒肉丝至发白,盛出备用。
  • 7.锅中再加少许油,油热后,加葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 8.加豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 9.下入木耳、胡萝卜、尖椒丝翻炒一会。
  • 10.下入肉丝翻炒一下。
  • 11.下入调味汁翻炒均匀。
  • 12.成品。
