Steps to make 南瓜排叉

  • 1.南瓜去皮切片用微波炉叮熟
  • 2.用原汁机摇成泥
  • 3.先把面粉和盐混合,然后加入南瓜泥(南瓜泥要根据南瓜水分的多少分次加入)和成较硬的面团。盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟
  • 4.分成适当的剂子,洒上少许玉米淀粉,用面条机通过调档反复轧,最后轧出较薄一点的面片
  • 5.铺成三层后再上下对折一下
  • 6.用刀切五次后断开。其中第三刀的刀口要长一点
  • 7.把面片展开
  • 8.一头从中间刀口穿过去,稍微整形即成生坯
  • 9.锅里加入适量油,将做好的排叉放入锅中用中小火炸,用筷子不断翻面
  • 10.炸至两面金黄,放凉后即可食用
