Steps to make 奶香寿桃包(红豆沙夹心)年夜饭甜点主食❗️

  • 1.中筋面粉280克+20克奶粉混合均匀依次添加酵母3克+170毫升纯牛奶+10克白糖。
  • 2.厨房机混合成团后加5克玉米油继续低速搅打,一直搅打到成光滑的面团。
  • 3.擀成4毫米左右厚的圆形。
  • 4.如图:不能太薄,要有一点厚度。
  • 5. 用圆形模具压成10个圆皮,剩余的面可以做馒头花卷等。
  • 6.取一个圆皮,包上豆沙馅,底部收口朝下,手虎口处搓出桃子的圆尖,最后用压板压出桃子印,一个桃子就制作完成了,依次做好所有的寿桃。
  • 7.全部制作完成如图。
  • 8.取一点红曲米粉用水化开,给桃子上色。
  • 9.把一个寿桃放桌子上,上面扣上过滤豆浆的滤网,用干净的牙刷粘少量红曲米粉水,来回刷滤网,桃子就会粘上淡淡的红色。
  • 10.上色完成以后盖上锅盖,锅中加40℃温水,进行发酵。
  • 11.大概40分钟后,桃子比之前变轻变大。轻轻按压会回弹,发酵完成!准备开火蒸,水开上汽后计时蒸15分钟,闷2分钟。
  • 12.寿桃包制作完成,松软香甜,希望家里的长辈们健康长寿平安。
  • 13.配馅包的红豆沙,也可以根据自家爱好换成奶黄馅,芋泥。
