糖醋萝卜片

  • 白醋(米醋)4茶匙左右
  • 4~5茶匙
  • 香油1茶匙
  • 3小勺

Steps to make 糖醋萝卜片

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.萝卜洗干净切薄片备用(不喜欢皮的可以去皮,皮其实也好吃,很脆)
  • 3.白萝卜用3小勺盐腌制半小时,沥去水分,再用开水烫一下(大约一分钟左右,去萝卜味儿)捞出,胡萝卜用榨汁机榨出胡萝卜汁备用
  • 4.再把胡萝卜汁用筛过滤一下,倒进萝卜里浸泡1~2小时,上色
  • 5.最后把多余的胡萝卜汁倒出,加入糖4~5茶匙,白醋4茶匙左右,调拌均匀用盖子盖紧,腌制一晚上入味
  • 6.腌制好的萝卜片对半切装盘,摆成花形,浇上香油即可
  • 7.爽脆可口,很是下饭...

  • 9.也可以不用胡萝卜汁,直接切好萝卜片,用盐腌制半小时左右,挤出水分,用开水烫一下,去萝卜味儿捞出,沥干水分,直接用4~5茶匙的米醋和4~5茶匙的糖腌制一晚,第二天浇上香油即可
