儿时记忆中的街头小吃-----春卷
春卷,虽然现在偶而也会吃,比如说今天,就买了一些春卷皮回来,但说起春卷,却又感觉是很遥远的儿时美好记忆。

那时候的物质条件肯定跟现在没得比,对于孩子们来说,春卷是美味且廉价的一款零食,在城市公园里总有卖春卷的阿姨,我们几个小朋友就围在一个装蔬菜的大盆旁,看着她把各种蔬菜丝拌上美味的调味,再卷成春卷,递到我们手上,甜醋是自己倒的,春卷的菜菜一定要边卖边拌,这样才能最大程度保持菜菜的脆度,让你在吃的时候拥有最美好的口感。

到武汉后,发现春卷居然是油炸的,而且还有肉,感觉非常诧异,因为四川的春卷是全素的,裹的是各种蔬菜丝,比如说胡萝卜丝、白萝卜丝、海带丝等等,常加的还有一种菜菜就是石花,脆脆的,很喜欢。

    • 1.这是干石花。
    • 2.用40度左右的清水浸泡2个小时。
    • 3.准备好其他的蔬菜。
    • 4.刨成丝。
    • 5.海带丝煮一下,捞出来晾凉。
    • 6.泡好的石花去掉杂质,再用清水清洗一遍。
    • 7.准备好调味汁。
    • 8.淋在菜菜上,拌匀。
    • 9.准备好春卷皮,先在春卷上抹一些芥末,然后放上蔬菜,卷起来即可。
