Steps to make 卤肉煲仔饭

  • 1.起锅烧热,加油,磕入鸡蛋,煎成荷包蛋。
  • 2.猪肉提前卤好。
  • 3.加入香辣粉,老抽,再次稍煮入味。
  • 4.盛出待用。
  • 5.藕切成丝,秋葵切成薄片,蟹味菇斜切成薄片。
  • 6.准备好大米,清洗干净。
  • 7.加适量的水。
  • 8.加少许油,大火烧开后,用锅铲铲一下,以免糊底。
  • 9.煮开后,转中小火,焖米饭。
  • 10.水快要收干时,米饭上,依次放入秋葵、卤肉、荷包蛋、蟹味肠、藕丝,再次盖上锅盖,转小好焖几分钟,能听到吱吱声的时候,关火(全程焖米饭的时间大概是12分钟左右,全程小火),再焖5分钟。
