Steps to make 腐乳汁水豆腐

  • 1.豆腐对角切一刀,让它变成三角形,少油慢煎至两面金黄,水豆腐这样煎会外酥里嫩的。
  • 2.一块腐乳用勺子碾碎,加入1勺蚝油,1勺酱油,1勺生粉,加入适量清水调均即可,喜欢辣的可以加入辣椒酱。
  • 3.待豆腐煎至两面金黄,把酱汁淋入后小火收汁即可出锅。
  • 4.喜欢香菜和葱花的撒入即可出锅,这道菜一上桌就秒完了,很有成就感的!
