可可曲奇
在这个樱花烂漫的季节,第一次做可可曲奇饼干,当然不能少了花瓣的点缀,是不是吃出来春天的味道呢?

  • 低筋粉170克
  • 黄油130克
  • 糖粉65克
  • 可可粉30克
  • 细砂糖35克
  • 鸡蛋1枚(约50克)

Steps to make 可可曲奇

  • 1.材料备齐
  • 2.黄油在室温下软化,加入细砂糖、糖粉一起用打蛋器打发均匀
  • 3.分2次加入全蛋液,再次打发细腻
  • 4.把低筋粉和可可粉混合均匀
  • 5.将混合好的粉筛入黄油糊中
  • 6.搅拌均匀,让其充分混合(这一步可是个体力活哦)
  • 7.装入裱花袋中
  • 8.把面糊挤在烤盘上(因为是第一次用裱花袋,请忽视挤的有点丑),烤箱预热,放入中层,200度,烤15分钟左右
  • 9.烤好出炉装盘
  • 10.再与樱花凹个造型(*^__^*)
