【家常版】鱼香肉丝
9天了,伤口终于结痂了,难熬的日子终于过去了!谢谢大家的关心和慰问!!纱布也终于可以拆掉出门见人了!因为伤口还在复原阶段,这道菜里没怎么放辣,大家喜欢吃辣的,做的时候可以多多放点小辣椒或辣椒酱。 弱弱的说一句,在LG的眼里这可是我的拿手菜哦  !   也喜欢用来拌饭吃, 味道,一定是最棒的!

    Steps to make 【家常版】鱼香肉丝

    • 1.准备好材料。
    • 2.葱,姜,蒜,小辣椒备用。
    • 3.姜切丝,蒜切片,小辣椒切好,香葱切成段。
    • 4.金针菇去掉根部后,分成小搓,用盐水浸泡会。
    • 5.将胡萝卜切丝,黑木耳泡发好后也切丝备用。
    • 6.白糖一勺,醋半勺,酱油1勺,高汤或水3大勺,水淀粉1勺,盐小半勺即可,鸡精少许。(喜欢吃辣的可以放点辣椒酱)。
    • 7.猪肉丝加少许盐和白胡椒粉腌制5分钟。
    • 8.锅内倒少许油,把胡萝卜丝放入煸炒下出锅。(煸炒后的胡萝卜素容易被人体吸收)
    • 9.锅内重新倒油,把姜,蒜,小辣椒爆香。
    • 10.然后把猪肉丝放入翻炒。
    • 11.猪肉炒至变白后,加入一大勺料酒继续翻炒。
    • 12.再把其他切好丝的配菜和金针菇放入翻炒。
    • 13.炒软后把调好的料汁倒入继续翻炒。
    • 14.最后撒上葱段炒匀即可出锅了。
    • 15.简单又下饭的鱼香肉丝就做好了。
