当归花生红枣炖乌鸡
乌鸡,以其骨骼、皮肉乌黑而得名; 含有丰富的黑色素、蛋白质、B族维生等18种氨基酸和18种微量元素。乌鸡的血清总蛋白和r-球蛋白质含量均明显高于普通鸡。每100克乌鸡肉中含氨基酸高于普通鸡25倍。含铁元素比普通鸡高45倍。 乌鸡进补即可单用,也可与其它补药配合应用,做成食疗药膳。

  • 1.乌鸡处理干净
  • 2.辅料备好
  • 3.乌鸡清理干净,放进冷水锅里加入两片姜,一节大葱放火上煮开
  • 4.焯出血水,杂质捞出
  • 5.辅料用水淘洗干净
  • 6.乌鸡焯水后冲洗干净
  • 7.放进炖盅里
  • 8.放上调料,两片姜,倒上大约10克黄酒
  • 9.放入炖锅里加入热水选择炖汤炖2-3小时
  • 10.炖好后发的白胡椒粉和盐
  • 11.这个汤炖好后有点甜,很好喝
  • 12.成品营养美味棒棒的汤
