Steps to make 豆沙一口酥

  • 1.所有的食材都称重,粉类都要过筛哦,过筛后的可以筛出面粉里面的硬块
  • 2.黄油切成小块,在室温下软化
  • 3.黄油里放入糖粉和面粉
  • 4.用手搅拌均匀
  • 5.倒入鸡蛋液
  • 6.和成面团,在冰箱里冷藏1个小时
  • 7.拿出面团,搓成长条
  • 8.用擀面杖压成长条行的片
  • 9.放上豆沙馅
  • 10.用面皮抱住豆沙馅就可以啦。
  • 11..切成小块,大小可以自己按照喜好来定,上面刷上蛋黄,撒上熟白芝麻
  • 12.烤箱先190度预热10分钟,在180度烤20到25分钟就可以了哦
