  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.把油、生抽、蜂蜜、蚝油混合一起,搅拌均匀,放在一边备用
  • 3.把切成块的牛肉放入料理盆中,加入柠檬汁
  • 4.倒入之前调好的酱汁后,搅拌均匀
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏腌制2个小时以上
  • 6.取出后用竹签分别串上红椒、黄椒、杏鲍菇和腌制好的牛肉,放进预热好的Westinghouse西屋WTO-PC2801烤箱,选择蒸烤模式,200度,烤20分钟
