  • 姜末10g

  • 干辣椒2个
  • 鲜酱油8g
  • 老抽5g

Steps to make 干煸四季豆

  • 1.准备好食材:猪肉末、葱花、姜末、蒜末、碎米芽菜和干辣椒
  • 2.四季豆洗净后摘去两头的老茎,掰成段
  • 3.锅里倒油,放少许盐,开中火
  • 4.油热后倒入四季豆进行煸炒,在煸炒时可多次翻炒多次盖盖闷小会,可加快成熟度
  • 5.直到煎制两面起皱,带点微焦即可盛出
  • 6.锅中留油,放入肉末
  • 7.肉末炒至变白加入料酒、葱姜蒜末、干辣椒段翻炒片刻
  • 8.放入芽菜炒香
  • 9.放入鲜酱油
  • 10.放入老抽
  • 11.放入糖和白胡椒粉后翻炒片刻
  • 12.倒入煎好的四季豆,再把盐撒在四季豆上翻炒均匀
  • 13.出锅装盘即可享用,非常下饭哟!
