蛋包饭
炒饭是一道人人都会做、人人都爱吃的美食,做法超级超级简单,食材搭配非常随意,家里没有蔬菜或鸡蛋的时候直接搭配酱油做个酱油炒饭也不赖,有蔬菜的时候就配上自己喜欢的蔬菜做炒饭。这次特意摊张鸡蛋饼把炒好的米饭放进去做成蛋包饭,让孩子对米饭又有新的新鲜感。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 黄金米饭1碗
  • 香菇3个
  • 香肠半根
  • 紫甘蓝1片
  • 香菜1根
  • 少许
  • 清水1大勺
  • 淀粉1小勺
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 番茄酱少许
  • 圣女果3个

Steps to make 蛋包饭

  • 1.准备好所需的食材
  • 2.准备好的食材清洗干净,将香菇、彩椒分别切丁备用
  • 3.香肠、紫甘蓝分别切丁备用
  • 4.燃气灶开火,放上九阳不粘炒锅,烧热后倒入少许食用油(油不用放太多,香肠炒制的过程中会出油)
  • 5.油烧热后加入香肠丁,小火慢慢翻炒
  • 6.翻炒至香肠表面变金黄
  • 7.加入香菇丁一起翻炒
  • 8.翻炒至香菇变色、表面变软
  • 9.加入黄金米饭一起翻炒(米饭入锅前先用锅铲打散,入锅后更容易受热均匀)
  • 10.将米饭均匀地翻炒均匀,有米饭块的要翻炒散
  • 11.加入彩椒丁、紫甘蓝和适量的盐一起翻炒
  • 12.翻炒均匀后撒上少许胡椒粉和香菜翻拌均匀
  • 13.炒好的米饭出锅备用
  • 14.鸡蛋打入干净碗中
  • 15.用筷子搅拌成均匀的蛋液,再倒入水淀粉搅拌均匀(水淀粉是水和淀粉混合而成的液体)
  • 16.用刚才炒饭的锅来摊鸡蛋皮,不粘锅炒完米饭后非常干净,不需要清洗即可直接使用。往锅里滴入几滴食用油抹均匀
  • 17.油热后倒入鸡蛋液,鸡蛋液从四周往中间倒,让蛋液自然流向锅的中间位置摊成蛋皮。如果出现不均匀可以端起锅的手柄转动几下
  • 18.待鸡蛋液表面稍凝固时,将炒好的米饭放在蛋皮一侧
  • 19.将另外一半蛋皮对折过来,整好形,压紧边缘,稍煎片刻定型后出锅
  • 20.出锅后在鸡蛋皮表面挤上番茄酱做装饰
