黄金吐司
做为早餐最爱,超喜欢简单美味的葡萄干黄金吐司。

  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 酸奶60g
  • 蛋黄液60g
  • 黄油50g
  • 冰水80g
  • 葡萄干50g
  • 2g

Steps to make 黄金吐司

  • 1.除黄油和葡萄干外的主料全部加入面包机,开启和面程序。
  • 2.第一个程序结束后加入黄油开始第二个和面程序,和面结束后加入葡萄干。
  • 3.排气分成三等份。
  • 4.用编辫子的方法进行整形。
  • 5.然后将整好的面团放入吐司模具中。
  • 6.包上一层保鲜膜放入烤箱发酵至两倍大,吐司盒八分满的时候取出,在面团表面刷一层蛋白液,撒上芝麻。
  • 7.烤箱预热,上火160度,下火190度,中层,烤30分钟左右,将烤好的吐司取出,表面刷一层蜂蜜,冷却脱模即可。
  • 8.放到架子上晾凉就可以吃了。
