朝鲜大冷面
虽然已经立秋,但还在伏里,白天还是很炎热的,吃上一碗大冷面,是舌尖上满足,顺滑劲道的冷面,加上酸甜的冷面汤,酸甜微辣,咸鲜可口,冰冰凉,吃到嘴里心里特别舒服,超满足超享受~
再强调一下,吃冷面必须要加辣椒面,我们家住在离西塔不远的地方,那里是鲜族人居住地,西塔大冷面就在这里,我们以前会经常去吃,那附近有个西塔一条街,专卖朝鲜族的调料,这个辣椒面就是在那里买的,做起来味道比较正宗,在其它地方也能买到,但我觉得这个味最正。

  • 冷面500g
  • 黄瓜半根
  • 辣白菜80g
  • 香肠一段
  • 香菜2颗
  • 精盐3g
  • 冰糖100g
  • 白米醋100g
  • 鸡精2g
  • 橙汁60g
  • 纯净水250g

Steps to make 朝鲜大冷面

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.制作冷面汤,锅中加少许凉水,加入冰糖熬到融化。
  • 3.溶化的糖水倒入小盆中,接着往里倒入一品鲜酱油,白米醋,鸡精,橙汁。
  • 4.最后倒入冷藏过的纯净水,密封好放入冰箱最少二个小时以上,我都是放一夜。
  • 5.冷面先用凉水泡30分钟。
  • 6.配料:黄瓜切丝,鸡蛋煮熟切开,香肠切片,香油切段。
  • 7.锅中水开下入泡好的冷面,开锅一分钟后捞出。
  • 8.用冷水反复投凉。
  • 9.装入大碗中。
  • 10.上面码好配菜。
  • 11.浇入调料汁。
  • 12.一碗诱人的冷面就做好了。
  • 13.这个是朝鲜辣椒面,里面有芝麻,这个是冷面的灵魂,必须加上,味道立马就正宗了。
  • 14.吃时加一匙辣椒面更过瘾。
