蒜香螺旋面
其实就是我们这里的手工猫耳朵面,我利用寿司帘抿成了螺旋式的花纹,做好的螺旋面用蒜泥,西红柿炒一下那劲道的口感吃见特别香

  • 胡萝卜汁35g
  • 高筋面粉160克
  • 1勺
  • 西红柿50g
  • 2g
  • 麻油少许

Steps to make 蒜香螺旋面

  • 1.萝卜汁,菠菜汁,面粉准备好
  • 2.分别和出两块面团
  • 3.面团揉光擀成2-3㎜的面片
  • 4.切成1.5厘米的宽条
  • 5.再切成菱形片
  • 6.把面片放在寿司帘上用大拇指轻轻摁住往前一抿就行了,可以两个手同时开工
  • 7.同样也做出绿色的面
  • 8.投入开水锅里煮熟,过一下冷水
  • 9.切好西红柿 蒜粒
  • 10.锅里倒适量油烧热爆香蒜粒
  • 11.放入西红柿炒香
  • 12.倒入过凉后的螺旋面
  • 13.加点盐翻炒均匀
  • 14.到点儿麻油翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
  • 15.又漂亮又好吃
  • 16.成品
