Steps to make 酥皮汤圆

  • 1.准备好所需要的酥皮材料,全部准确称重,黄油室温软化,筛入低筋面粉,再筛入糖粉,用手抓匀。
  • 2.戴上一次性手套比较好操作,揉搓成圆柱体,截面大小在看汤圆的大小,然后入冰箱冷藏30分钟定型。
  • 3.锡纸剪成圆片,大小是汤圆的2到3倍。
  • 4.然后折叠成碗的形状,当然如果有现成的不粘模具也是可以直接用的,然后放到六连蛋糕模具里。
  • 5.盘子里抹黄油,防粘,把汤圆一个一个摆在盘子里,注意不要太密,不然蒸好后会粘在一起分不开的。
  • 6.用勺子一个一个舀到折好的锡纸碗里。
  • 7.酥皮材料从冰箱里拿出来,切成圆片,不要太厚了,厚度大约在3、4mm左右为宜,一片一片小心地盖在汤圆上。
  • 8.烤箱预热,上下火,中层200度,烤20分钟。
  • 9.出炉即可品尝。
