  • 黄油20g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 芝士碎10g
  • 奶粉3g

Steps to make 芝士脆脆条

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.黄油放入牛奶中,微波炉30秒加热融化。
  • 3.麻薯粉,奶粉,芝士碎,鸡蛋液加入到牛奶黄油混合液中。
  • 4.先手动搅拌一下,再用打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将搅好的糊放入裱花袋中,带口剪成5mm,太大了不容易烤脆。
  • 6.挤成想要的长度。这时候烤箱上下160度先预热10分钟。
  • 7.中层上火160度,下火150度烤15分钟;然后上下火130度烤10分钟;停止后闷10分钟。
  • 8.原味芝士脆脆条。
  • 9.加了一点点可可粉,又做了一盘。
  • 10.可可脆脆条。
  • 11.芝士脆脆条。
