  • 豆沙馅350克

Steps to make 咸蛋黄豆沙月饼

  • 1.准备好饼皮部分的材料。
  • 2.把玉米油转化糖浆和碱水加入盆中,打蛋器搅拌至充分融合。
  • 3.加入面粉。
  • 4.把面粉和糖浆液体团成团。
  • 5.咸蛋黄喷上白酒,放入空气炸锅中,160度,烤十分钟。
  • 6.烤好备用。
  • 7.把饼皮分成20克一个的小剂子。
  • 8.把豆沙和咸蛋黄冲出来,总重量为30克。
  • 9.把咸蛋黄包入豆沙馅中。
  • 10.饼皮用手捏开,包入豆沙咸蛋黄馅。
  • 11.全部包好。
  • 12.后用模具压出花型。
  • 13.刚提前预热到170°,摆入烤盘,给月饼上喷上清水防滑。
  • 14.烤箱温度到170度,先烤八分钟。
  • 15.取出后抹上鸡蛋液。
  • 16.继续放回去,再考烤十分钟就可以了。放凉之后密封保存,第二天就能回油。
  • 17.完成。
