韩式家常版年糕(酸甜辣口味噢)
自己做的家庭版韩式年糕,非常简单噢,自己动手DIY吧~~口味是酸甜的,稍微带一点点辣,做了一大锅,都被家人吃完了,呵呵。

Steps to make 韩式家常版年糕(酸甜辣口味噢)

  • 1.材料备好
  • 2.调料备好(本来应该用韩式甜辣酱,我家刚好用完了,就用其他甜辣酱代替了,口感就没韩式甜辣酱的好了。。)
  • 3.卷心菜切丝,火腿切条,年糕条稍微冲洗一下,分成一根一根的。
  • 4.起锅,锅内倒入少量的油(油一定要少,否则煮出来油腻腻的噢)
  • 5.倒入卷心菜翻炒,加半小勺盐翻炒均匀,直至菜变得软一些。
  • 6.倒入年糕,翻炒均匀,大概翻炒1分钟。
  • 7.加入一大碗水,水和年糕的比例是1:1,不能太多也不能太少噢~
  • 8.然后迅速加入适量甜辣酱(我做的量多,用了大半瓶。。)和韩式大酱一勺(如果没有可不加)翻炒均匀,在加入适量盐和鸡精,撒上一点点糖,搅拌均匀盖上盖子焖煮1分钟左右。
  • 9.直至水里起泡,迅速加入火腿条翻炒30秒,再焖煮1到2分钟就可以了。
