Steps to make 蜜蜂馒头

  • 1.南瓜泥蒸熟捣成泥
  • 2.将面粉,吉士粉,酵母,白糖放到一起。放入南瓜泥
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团,发酵至两倍大
  • 4.可可粉,面粉,白糖和酵母放到一起
  • 5.加入适量清水揉成光滑的面团,发酵至两倍大
  • 6.同理,揉一块白面团同样发酵至两倍大
  • 7.发酵好之后的南瓜团分成一个个剂子
  • 8.然后揉成圆形
  • 9.可可团擀成片状
  • 10.切成细条
  • 11.然后贴在南瓜团上
  • 12.收口包好
  • 13.然后借助于裱花嘴的圆口处刻出嘴巴
  • 14.贴到面团的嘴巴处
  • 15.然后用黑豆充当眼睛,也可以用可可面刻出小眼睛贴上
  • 16.白面团擀成片状,刻出圆片,如图
  • 17.贴到面团上,还可以在白面团上刻出纹理,当做翅膀
  • 18.然后蒸锅做水,烧开之后放入馒头,上汽之后小火20分钟即可
