    Steps to make 毛氏红烧肉

    • 1.五花肉洗净切小的块块。。。。。。。。。。。
    • 2.切好的五花肉下沸水中焯去杂质。(肉变色就捞出)
    • 3.毛氏红烧肉为甜口,所以这样的勺子,我放了三勺糖....
    • 4.开始炒糖色了,开小火将锅烧热放入白糖。。。再加热水将糖融化。。炒至金黄色。。(不用加油噢~~)
    • 5.再加热水将糖融化。。炒至金黄色。。(不用加油噢~~)
    • 6.变成介个颜色后。。温水倒入不等水开就关火。。出来的颜色比料酒深一点。。刚刚好噢~~~~~~
    • 7.锅内加少许底油放入五花肉块炒。。把油煸出来。。这些肉,最后出来半碗油。。。这样炖出来的肉才不会腻..
    • 8.放入姜、蒜、大葱片、香叶、大料、桂皮炒香。 料酒。。。再把刚刚弄好的糖色倒进去。。加水没过肉肉。。。。。大火烧开盖上锅盖中小火炖一小时。
    • 9.这就出锅啦~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
