Steps to make 蓝莓芝士迷你磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油与奶油奶酪提前从冰箱取出软化。
  • 2.将软化的黄油以及奶油奶酪放到一起,用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用打蛋器将两者搅打均匀后,加入白砂糖,将其打发。
  • 4.打发的黄油状态应该是轻盈蓬松,纹路清晰的。
  • 5.鸡蛋打散,分次添加到黄油中,每添加一次都要充分搅打进去再添加下一次。
  • 6.低粉与泡打粉提前混合后,筛入到黄油中,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.加入蓝莓,我用的是冷冻的。
  • 8.将面糊添加进一次性模具中,这次我用的是美的S5燃卡。
  • 9.在APP“美的美居”中,将温度设置在170度,选择预热选项,等待预热完成提示。
  • 10.预热提示后,将蛋糕送入烤箱,时间默认的是30分钟,根据面糊的多少,以及蛋糕上色的情况,烘烤25-30分钟,这款烤箱中途可以调整时间,要根据具体情况酌情调整。
  • 11.烘烤结束后,将蛋糕取出,自然摊凉,密封保存。
