Steps to make 三色蒸蛋

  • 1.皮蛋、鸡蛋、咸鸭蛋分别用水清洗。
  • 2.蛋黄和蛋清分开(咸鸭蛋的蛋清液放在一起)。
  • 3.皮蛋剥壳,和咸蛋黄放在一起。
  • 4.皮蛋和咸蛋黄切碎,放到抹了油的玻璃碗中。
  • 5.蛋白加料酒打散,咸鸭蛋咸味已够,就不用再加盐。
  • 6.倒入玻璃碗中,泡沫可以去掉。
  • 7.放入锅中蒸10分钟。
  • 8.倒入蛋黄液,再蒸5分钟。
  • 9.倒出切小块。
