麻辣香肠煲仔饭
有宝宝在微信吐口水了,说姐姐你都好久没有更新菜谱了 哈哈,最近一直忙着做香肠呢 无心的分享,没有想到的是居然这么多人的喜欢 哈哈因为纯手工的吗,所以太费时间,还要打包发货啥的 刚空了些下来就赶紧来更谱了

  • 麻辣香肠一节
  • 蚝油一勺
  • 酱油两勺
  • 白糖半勺
  • 香油少许
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 生菜几片就可以
  • 生姜丝3g

Steps to make 麻辣香肠煲仔饭

  • 1.至于香肠你们用麻辣的还是广式的都可以的我用的都是自己家做的喜欢的可以私信我
  • 2.取一节香肠,用温水清洗干净一般我们先会煮一下,这次没有所以温水里浸泡了会儿,这样口感会更柔软然后切片
  • 3.取一个小碗,一勺耗油,少许凉白开,两勺酱油,半勺白糖,少许芝麻油搅匀成拌汁儿
  • 4.生姜去皮切成细细的丝儿
  • 5. 用的米清洗干净,然后放入适量水,浸泡一个来小时【将芯泡透,这样可以熟的比较快哦,比较少出现夹生和糊的现象】
  • 6.砂锅一般火上面能用的就行啦【如果是用小的砂锅做的话煲米饭的时候经常转动下锅子,这样米饭受热才会均匀,不会中间焦了边上还没有好】锅底抹一点油
  • 7.泡好的大米倒入,,然后倒入水米和水的比例为1:1.5左右加入半勺色拉油搅匀【我想说的是关于比例的问题因为每个米的吸水性不同,可以先少放一点煮的时候不够的话,煮的时候再放入一点点热水进去就可以啦】
  • 8.大火煮开后立即转小火,盖上盖子焖煮,煮至八成熟就可以啦
  • 9.锅里水快干时,在米饭表面铺上腊肠和生姜丝儿
  • 10.再打个鸡蛋进去盖上盖子在小小火焖煮五分钟后关火,不要开盖子,继续盖着焖十分钟如果喜欢吃锅巴的话可以小火儿多焖一会儿在关火就可以,我就是那种超爱吃煲仔饭的锅巴,特别香】
  • 11. 家里正好有生菜就放了些进去。如果有小青菜的话那水里煮一下放进去即可
  • 12.将调好的汁儿淋入少许,哈哈,太香了
  • 13.哇瑟瑟,麻辣味香肠独特的肉香味儿这种吸引力真的是..不是一般的诱人
  • 14.哈哈,直接开整,铲锅底的时候看到锅巴,那叫一个爽
