红豆软饼
非常香软可口的红豆饼,配方来自君之,不过原方用的电饼档,我直接用了平底锅,还没做完儿子闻到香味就吃掉了一个。简单方便,作为早餐或休闲点心都不错。此配方可做6个小饼。

  • 普通面粉125g
  • 奶粉25g
  • 玉米油30g(或色拉油)
  • 1g
  • 酵母2g
  • 95g
  • 蜜红豆150g

Steps to make 红豆软饼

  • 1.将面粉、奶粉、盐、酵母混合均匀。
  • 2.倒入油和水。
  • 3.用刮刀搅拌均匀,成为一个湿润粘软的面团。
  • 4.在面团里倒入蜜红豆。
  • 5.继续用刮刀拌匀,使蜜红豆均匀地拌入面团中。盖保鲜膜室温发酵。
  • 6.发酵至两倍大,用刮刀从碗底刮起面团,有大量气孔即可。
  • 7.再次用刮刀搅拌面团,使面团里的空气排出去,面团重新变小。
  • 8.分成六等份,取其中一份团成圆形并压扁。
  • 9.静置饧发15分钟左右。
  • 10.平底锅无需放油,放入饼坯加盖中小火加热。
  • 11.烙至两面金黄即可。
