  • 牛奶120g
  • 白糖25g
  • 亚麻籽油20g
  • 耐高糖酵母2g
  • 1g

Steps to make 黑芝麻司康

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.将牛奶、白糖和耐高糖酵母混合均匀。
  • 3.在盆中加入面粉、盐和亚麻籽油。
  • 4.再加入打散的鸡蛋。
  • 5.将牛奶混合液倒入面粉盆中,混合均匀后揉成面团。
  • 6.加入一袋黑芝麻粉。
  • 7.揉均匀,醒发面团至1.5倍大小。
  • 8.面团醒好后,按压一下,切成8等份。
  • 9.表面刷蛋液,在一侧撒点黑芝麻。入烤箱上下火180度,烤20分钟,表面金黄即可出炉。
  • 10.美味司康做好啦。
