香蕉芒果双味蛋挞

  • 淡奶油100ml
  • 牛奶80ml
  • 鸡蛋黄2个
  • 低筋粉5克
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 芒果1个
  • 香蕉1支

Steps to make 香蕉芒果双味蛋挞

  • 1.芒果对半切开,去除中心后切成小丁
  • 2.将芒果和香蕉切丁放入蛋挞皮中
  • 3.牛奶、淡奶油、细砂糖倒进煮锅中
  • 4.小火加热至糖溶解立即关火冷却
  • 5.冷却后的奶液中加入两个蛋黄搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再筛入低筋粉搅拌均匀。
  • 7.挞液过筛两次。
  • 8.蛋挞皮中装入8、9分满的挞液
  • 9.烤箱中下层,180度上下火20分钟。
  • 10.烤至蛋挞表面有轻微焦黄点即可出炉。
  • 11.成品。
