  • 1.小锅烧水,水开后分别把西兰花30克、荷兰豆10个、虾仁5只焯水,熟后迅速过冷水。
  • 2.苦菊25克切段,生菜一片(25克)顺着叶脉撕成条,甜椒1/5(30克)切丝,樱桃萝卜(5个)用刀拍一下,紫甘蓝一片(25克)去掉中间的硬梗、切丝。
  • 3.将过水的西兰花、荷兰豆、虾仁摆入盆中。
  • 4.芝麻酱5克,橄榄油5克,低盐生抽5克,高洛黄芥末7克,味醂10克,果醋10克,盐适量。将所有材料混合均匀。
  • 5.将拌好的料汁倒入菜中。
