Steps to make 酱牛肉

  • 1.准备好原材料:李锦记生抽、老抽、炖肉料、姜切片
  • 2.牛肉切成长10厘米、宽5厘米的块,用生抽半瓶、老抽4茶勺、料酒1茶勺、葱姜、炖肉料里挑出八角3个,香叶4片,放一起浸泡8个小时,让牛肉入味,
  • 3.浸泡好的牛肉还有调料都放入高压锅中,加适量水,上汽后20分钟关火,去掉压力阀
  • 4.还有些汤,开火盖上盖子不加压继续炖20分钟,收汤
  • 5.打开盖子,浓浓的香味扑鼻而来
