Steps to make 啤酒鸡翅尖

  • 1.所有材料洗净备用
  • 2.锅里放水烧开,下鸡翅尖焯2分钟
  • 3.把焯好的翅尖洗净沥水
  • 4.锅里放油加糖炒出糖色,下鸡翅尖炒至上色
  • 5.稴着放入适量的酱油炒均
  • 6.再放入适量料酒和盐翻炒下
  • 7.放入姜蒜片炒香
  • 8.最后倒入啤酒,开中火
  • 9.等汁剩两三成时,开大火收汁即可
