【草莓果酱】
清明小长假,公公和婆婆过来了,照例买了很多东西提上楼。结果,等假期结束,公婆走了之后,我发现家里多了很多东西,而且还一时半会儿的吃不完,其中就有一大袋子的草莓和两个大菠萝,都是不怎么禁放的东西,而且我还不怎么喜欢吃。。。想来想去,最后只好先做成果酱,慢慢消耗去吧。。。
不过果酱做好后发现,草莓果酱远没有想象中的颜色漂亮,红色比较暗淡,没有买的果酱颜色那么鲜艳。。

Steps to make 【草莓果酱】

  • 1.将草莓清洗干净
  • 2.对半切开
  • 3.切好的草莓放入砂锅中,倒入细砂糖
  • 4.搅匀放置1小时;可以看到草莓会慢慢析出汤汁,并且糖慢慢融化
  • 5.开大火煮沸后转中小火继续熬煮,注意时不时的搅动
  • 6.慢慢的草莓块头儿会变得越来越小
  • 7.越来越小
  • 8.最终全部融化在汤汁中
  • 9.熬煮至比较浓稠即可
  • 10.盛出放凉后密封冷藏保存
