党参红枣乌鸡汤

    Steps to make 党参红枣乌鸡汤

    • 1.所需材料——干香菇,红枣,枸杞,党参,百合,各适量,生姜一大块拍散,乌鸡一只。
    • 2.烧一大锅水,煮至沸腾,下入乌鸡,抄至断生,估计约3-4分钟的时间,不要煮过久。
    • 3.将乌鸡捞出,水倒掉。
    • 4.高压锅中加入清水,将泡发好的党参,香菇等作料倒入锅中,因为乌鸡本身没什么油脂,为了让鸡肉更酥烂,可加入少量的色拉油或猪油,但现代人认为吃猪油不健康,还是吃植物油吧。
    • 5.盖上高压锅盖,大火烧至高压锅开始出汽,然后改小火,炖30分钟。
    • 6.改盛入汤煲内,加入鸡精,胡椒粉,再次烧开,这样上桌就不会很快就冷掉了。记住冬天的汤一定要用汤煲保温哦。
    • 7.撒上葱花就可以上桌了,香气四溢,真是诱人啊。
