Steps to make 盐焗虾

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.锅中加花椒加盐。
  • 3.中火翻炒出香味,盐粒变黄色。
  • 4.基围虾减剪去虾须。
  • 5.锅底留一层炒好的花椒盐,多余的先盛出,将处理好的基围虾铺在花椒盐上。
  • 6.再将剩下的花椒盐盖住基围虾。
  • 7.盖上锅盖,中火烧十分钟左右。
  • 8.将盐翻动散开,取出虾。
  • 9.盐焗虾就做好了。
