    Steps to make 花生核桃果

    • 1.准备好主料。
    • 2.配料,面条选择比较宽的这种。
    • 3.核桃去壳。
    • 4.去壳的核桃切成碎末。
    • 5.花生清洗下沥干水切成碎末。
    • 6.加适量黄油和白糖搅匀压紧。加黄油一是为了调味,二是能增加核桃和花生的粘性,等下便于搓成球,没有不加也可以。黄油冬天可以放蒸锅或者微波融化。
    • 7.搅匀好的核桃花生馅料,用手挤成球形,一定要挤紧点。用同样的方法把所有料做成球。
    • 8.汤锅放热水煮开,入面条煮软捞出备用。面条在现煮现捞着,捞出来最好根根分明的放,防止粘在一起。
    • 9.馅球在淀粉中全身粘上淀粉。
    • 10.用面条按十字形缠绕在球外面后再在淀粉里全身裹上淀粉备用。
    • 11.同样的方法做好全部的馅料。
    • 12.汤锅内放花生油,烧七成热,保持这个油温。放入做好的球炸上1分钟捞出沥油。
    • 13.将油再次烧四成热保持这个油温,倒入炸过的球回锅再炸上2分钟捞出沥油即可。
