  • 12.裹面包糠。
  • 13.准备炸制的鸡柳条备用。这样炸制时不至于手忙脚乱。
  • 14.锅内适量油烧5成热,裹满面包糠的鸡柳放入。
  • 15.中小火炸制,记得用筷子翻动,防止上色不均匀。
