韩式辣酱烤脆皮豆腐
不用油炸,用烤箱也能做出外焦里嫩的脆皮豆腐,加上自己调配的酱汁,简单又美味

  • 蚝油1汤匙
  • 韩式辣酱1汤匙
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 孜然粉2克
  • 淀粉30克
  • 芝麻5克
  • 食盐3克

Steps to make 韩式辣酱烤脆皮豆腐

  • 1.食材备齐
  • 2.将韩式辣酱,蚝油,胡椒粉,孜然粉,盐搅拌均匀调成酱汁,葱切葱花
  • 3.将豆腐切成1.5厘米的片,大小随意
  • 4.将淀粉放在盘内,将豆腐均匀的蘸上一层淀粉
  • 5.烤盘均匀的刷上一层油,将蘸好淀粉的豆腐摆放均匀(豆腐蘸好一个摆放一个,防止粘连在一起)
  • 6.烤箱预热,上下管200度,入中层,定时15分钟
  • 7.到时间后,将烤盘取出,用硅胶铲将豆腐翻面
  • 8.均匀的刷上酱汁
  • 9.将烤盘入中层,上下管220度,烤5分钟
  • 10.到时间后,取出,撒上葱花,芝麻即可
