【海鲜菠萝饭】

  • 米饭两碗
  • 鲜虾250克左右
  • 蟹味棒4条
  • 鸡蛋1~2个
  • 青豆1小把
  • 甜玉米粒1小把
  • 腰果1小把
  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 【海鲜菠萝饭】

  • 1.将所有材料准备好,米饭事先煮熟,也可以前一晚先煮好饭,隔天中午再炒
  • 2.青豆玉米粒放入开水中焯烫熟,捞出沥干水分,虾冷冻一下至硬壳后去除外壳,抽去虾泥,菠萝洗净后切成小方块,放入盐水中浸泡备用,蟹味棒切小粒
  • 3.生腰果每粒对切成半,放入无油平底锅内小火烤香,注意不要烤糊了,盛出备用(也可以放在烤箱里烘烤一下)
  • 4.平底锅内倒入少许油,打入鸡蛋滑散后盛出备用
  • 5.再在锅内倒入适量油,加热后倒入虾仁,青豆,玉米粒,蟹味棒一起炒香至变色
  • 6.把煮熟的米饭搅散加入,翻炒均匀后加入盐和生抽,胡椒粉,鸡精
  • 7.炒匀后加入沥去盐水的菠萝粒,再次翻炒均匀
  • 8.关火,撒入烤香的腰果,盛出食用(腰果最后加入到表面就可以,不要在炒饭的过程中加腰果翻炒,那样吃起来就不酥脆了)
