抹茶红豆吐司

  • 砂糖30g
  • 蛋液40g

  • 抹茶5g

Steps to make 抹茶红豆吐司

  • 1.先在面包桶里加入液体,先加了牛奶
  • 2.再加入奶酪、蛋液、接着在2个角落分别加砂糖、盐
  • 3.再加入低粉和酵母粉还有抹茶粉
  • 4.启动和面程序和面,和成团后加入切小的黄油继续和面,和面一共用了40分钟,然后在桶里进行基础发酵至原来的2倍大
  • 5.基础发酵后拿出压扁排气
  • 6.平均分成三等份,滚圆后松弛15分钟
  • 7.取一松弛好的面团压扁擀成长条
  • 8.在上面抹上红豆沙馅
  • 9.卷起来
  • 10.吐司盒提前刷油,把卷好面坯放入吐司盒里
  • 11.放入烤箱低温发酵1小时
  • 12.等面坯发至盒子的8、9分满后,刷上蛋液
  • 13. 入预热的烤箱180度中层烤30分钟,期间看到上色后盖上锡纸
  • 14.烘烤完成脱模,彻底冷却后切片密封保存
